Brussels - Smal wild demo against detention centres and prisons

BRUSSELS – On the occasion of the near opening of the new detention centre in Steenokkerzeel, a small wild demo against prisons, detention centres, State and exploitation went into the streets of the popular area of Molenbeek. About 50 persons took part, shouting slogans like “Stone after stone, wall by wall, destroy all prison”, “Fire to papers, long live freedom” and “No guards, no prison will stop our rebellion”. Pamphlets were distributed in several languages, posters pasted and some slogans spray painted along the way. The demo didn’t meet any cops.
