Guards complain of a rise of aggressions against them and go on strike. The guards say to be constantly confronted with the rebellion of prisoners, which implies absence of personnel.
The night of the first day of the strike, prisoners put paper and prison material on fire. Firemen intervene and until midnight, the atmosphere stays tensed.
