Brussels - No rental, just theft

BRUSSELS – During the year 2011, 25% of the 2000 bikes for rent of Villo ! have been stolen. The year before, this percentage was even more. “Big part of the stolen bikes are retrieved later, because they are so recognisable, thanks to our users, the police and our personnel,” says the director of JC Decaux, the exploiter of the rental city bikes.
