In the night of 6-7 august, we went on the streets of ghent (belgium) in memory of mark duggan and in solidarity with the people who remain in prison after the following insurrection.
we attacked two buildings and spraypainted messages of solidarity throughout town.
One of the buildings is an administrative center of the “de lijn”, company that organises the public transport.
they are actively involved in deportations. not only is their material and their drivers used during deportations, they search actively on their public busses for people without papers, detain them and hand them over to the cops.
for all the lives that they destroy , we treated them with broken windows and paintbombs. the other building was a bank that was covered with paintbombs. we consider banks as the symbol of capitalism, so this attack doesnt need a lot of explenation. besides the two buildings, parts of the city were covered with messages.
All of this was done out of love , rage and solidarity to the people who are still in prison and them who were out on the streets and will be in the future.
