Andenne - Dead in isolation cell / guards attacked

ANDENNE - The prisoner Sébastien Ricard (30 years) was found dead in the isolation cell of the prison of Andenne. Guards claim he hung himself. Media black out about the dead person.

Two days later, a prisoner attacked and wounded two guards with a knife.
