Ghent - Small wild demo

GHENT - Around 30 persons took the streets of the popular neigboorhoud Brugse Poort behind the banner "From Ghent to Tunis, long live the insurrection". Slogans were shouted about the revolts in North Africa, linking it up with the situation here. All banks and a syndicate office were targeted with paint bombs, while some fireworks and firecrackers were launched. Lots of sympathy from the people, hanging out of their windows and coming out of bars etc to shout their anger with us. Pamphet that was distributed on http://bxl.indymedia.org/articles/879

The initiative of this wild demo was also taken in solidarity with the several comrades who have trials going on in Ghent.
