Tielt - A youngster rebels in a juvenile institution

TIELT – A youngster, internated in the closed center for minors De Zande, managed to break out of the isolation cell. He then climbed up on the roof where he barricaded himself. At the arrival of the police, the youngster started to throw bricks. Police then called in the support of the Special Units of the Federal Police. After 4 hours of negociations, the youngster stepped down from the roof.
