BRUSSELS - Several windows of the buildings of the RTBF/VRT (Belgian State television) and of cars parked nearby have been broken. A vandal was arrested. Police suspects him to be also the author of an attack against the police station of Schaarbeek last week, were windows were broken with a baseball bat.
