Leuven – Arson in prison

“Last Tuesday (23 or 16 October), someone again set fire to the prison cell. I don't know the exact reason, but it occurred after a discussion with the direction. I don't know what was said, but it was probably heated. The whole wing D was evacuated and we had to wait half an hour on the yard, before all the smoke was gone.
