Brussels - Angry person tries to put fire to bank

BRUSSELS – When a 29 years old person goes into a selfbanking of ING, the ATM refuses to give him money. In anger, he tries to put fire to the bank with limited damage. A bit later, he smashed up a Mercedes car in the same area and broke the windows of two bars. He was arrested by the police. Psychiatric experts didn’t agree on their demand to put him under surveillance, so he was deferred to Justice. The person was already known by Justice for two similer accusations.
