Brussels - Demo of "indignés" and confrontations

18h Police arrests one suspect who alledgly spraypainted slogans on the building of the European Parliament after a gathering held against austerity mesures on the Schuman Place (in front of European institutions) in which some hunderd "indignés" took part.

21h Police charges with teargas and sticks against the "indignés" who are holding a wild demo through the European "neighboorhoud".

23h In the popular area of Matogne, police had to use the water cannon to drive out a wild demo of the "indignés" and people from the area. Stones were thrown against the police, as well from the demo as from the houses of the area. Apparently, the windows of a lots of shops and companies were broken.
