TURNHOUT - A prisoner barricaded himself in his cell to protest against the fact that he was not allowed to make any telephone calls. When the guards broke in his cell, he poured boiling water over them. Both guards were injured and hospitalized. The prisoner was punished with isolation and will be transferred to another prison.
