Brussels - Small riots in the prison

BRUSSELSA riot broke out in the prison of Saint-Gilles during the transfer of a prisoner. The media didn’t spread the information. All guards, who are making strikes since the beginning of the summer every Monday and Friday, left the prison out of fear for the riots. 750 prisoners were left almost unguarded for some hours, police refusing to come directly because tired of the strikes and “not being capable anymore to manage things outside”. Only a few hours later, tens of cops took over the control of the prison of Saint-Gilles. Two days later, a prisoner attacked two guards, who got injured.
